Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment (if applicable).
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details at the time of booking.

Vehicle Usage
- The vehicle will be used only for the route and duration mentioned in the booking.
- Any additional travel, sightseeing, or route changes requested by the customer will be charged extra.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse travel to unsafe or restricted areas.

Kilometre & Time Limits
- Package rates include the agreed kilometre and time limits only.
- Extra kilometres and extra hours will be charged as per the applicable rate.
- Toll, parking, state tax, permit charges, and entry fees are extra unless specifically mentioned.

Driver Allowance
- Driver allowance (DA) is applicable for outstation and multi-day trips.
- Night driving charges may apply where applicable.

Waiting Charges
- A waiting period of up to 30 minutes is allowed at the pickup location.
- Additional waiting time may be charged as per applicable rates.

Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must carry valid identification documents during travel.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Quick Cab Services is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
- Advance payments, if any, may be non-refundable as per the cancellation policy.
- No refund will be provided for "No Show" bookings.

Vehicle Breakdown & Emergencies
- In case of vehicle breakdown, Quick Cab Services will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternate vehicle.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.

Travel Delays
- Travel schedules may vary due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Quick Cab Services will not be liable for missed trains, flights, meetings, or events due to such delays.

Safety Policy
- All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the driver.
- Seat belts should be worn whenever available.
- Children must travel under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Pricing Policy
- Rates may vary during weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and special events.
- Final billing will be based on actual usage if it exceeds the booked package.

Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.

Acceptance of Terms
- By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions of Quick Cab Services.
