- Quick Cab Services ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
- This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Quick Cab mobile application and website.
- By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
- This policy applies to Partners, Service Providers, and end customers across all Quick Cab platforms.

Information We Collect
- Identity Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number, Aadhaar front & back photo, Driving Licence photo, and live selfie — collected during KYC registration.
- Contact Information: Mobile number (OTP-verified), email address, city and area of operation.
- Business Information: Shop name, shop location (GPS or manual pin), address proof, Shop Act certificate, Udyam Aadhaar, and shop photos — for Service Providers.
- Vehicle Information: Vehicle number and vehicle type — for Partners and Drivers.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS location used for nearby service discovery and booking matching.
- Financial Information: Bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name — collected only when you request a withdrawal.
- Device Information: Device ID, FCM token for push notifications, IP address, and login timestamps.
- Usage Data: Booking history, service request history, wallet transactions, ratings given and received, and support tickets.
- Customer Booking Data: Name, mobile, email, pickup and drop addresses, trip details — collected on the booking website.

How We Use Your Data
- To verify your identity and process KYC approval before activating your account.
- To match Partners with available bookings and connect Service Providers with nearby service requests.
- To send OTP-based login verification via SMS.
- To send push notifications (Firebase FCM) for booking updates, coin credits, and system alerts.
- To send WhatsApp messages for trip confirmations, reminders, and important alerts.
- To process subscription payments and wallet withdrawals via Razorpay.
- To calculate and credit wallet coins for lead confirmations and referrals.
- To display your profile, rating, and areas of operation to other Partners.
- To enable the nearby services discovery feature using your GPS location.
- To generate booking confirmations, invoices, and send them via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- To detect and prevent fraud, fake bookings, and abuse of the platform.
- To comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes.

Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Between Partners: When a booking is confirmed, the accepting Partner receives the customer's name and mobile number only. No other personal data is shared.
- Service Providers: Your shop name, location, rating, and service type are visible to other app users for discovery purposes.
- Payment Processors: Bank details and transaction data are shared with Razorpay solely to process withdrawals and subscription payments.
- Notification Services: Mobile number is shared with MSG91/Fast2SMS for OTP delivery. WhatsApp messages are sent via WATI/Interakt. Email confirmations are sent via SendGrid.
- Cloud Storage: KYC documents, selfies, and photos are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 with private access controls.
- Maps: Location data is processed by Google Maps APIs for nearby service discovery and route calculation.
- Legal Disclosure: We may share data with law enforcement or courts when required by applicable Indian law.

Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on secured servers hosted on AWS/Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases.
- KYC documents and sensitive files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets — not publicly accessible.
- All API communications are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Authentication uses RS256-signed JWT tokens stored securely in encrypted device storage.
- Passwords are not used — authentication is OTP-only, reducing credential theft risk.
- Access to your data within our systems is restricted to authorised administrators only.
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
🔒 KYC documents (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Selfie) are stored in private cloud storage. They are never publicly accessible and are used only for identity verification by our admin team.

Location Data
- The app requests location permission to show nearby Service Providers (mechanics, puncture repair, fuel pumps, etc.) sorted by distance from your current position.
- Location is also used to filter booking feeds based on your areas of interest.
- We do not track your location continuously in the background.
- Service Providers register their shop location (GPS or manual) which is stored and displayed to nearby users.
- You may deny location permission — however, nearby service discovery and distance-based features will not function without it.

Push Notifications
- We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to your device.
- Notifications include: new booking alerts, booking accepted/confirmed updates, coin credits, subscription expiry reminders, support ticket replies, and admin broadcasts.
- WhatsApp notifications are sent for trip confirmations, reminders, and important alerts via WhatsApp Business API.
- You can manage notification preferences from your device settings. Note that disabling notifications may cause you to miss time-sensitive booking alerts.

Payments & Financial Data
- All payments — subscriptions, customer cab bookings, and wallet withdrawals — are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. These are handled entirely by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
- Bank account details (provided for withdrawal requests) are stored encrypted and used solely for processing payouts via Razorpay.
- All wallet coin transactions are logged with full audit trails — date, type, amount, reason, and reference ID.

Your Rights
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time — however this may result in inability to use certain features or the platform entirely.
